The Arsenal full-back has failed to establish himself during his time in London.
Arsenal’s Mathieu Debuchy warms up
A report from The Metro, who cite a claim from Turkish journalist Gokmen Ozdemir, suggests that Arsenal have agreed a deal with Galatasaray for the sale of French right-back Mathieu Debuchy.
The 31-year-old has made just 12 league appearances for the Gunners since his £12 million move to the Emirates two years ago, and has seen himself bypassed in the right-back pecking order by the impressive Hector Bellerin.

The Metro report that while the two clubs have reached an agreement, Debuchy himself is yet to agree personal terms with the Turkish giants.
The former Newcastle United full-back spent the second half of last season on loan at Ligue 1 side Bordeaux, and made nine appearances for the French outfit.
Debuchy after scoring for Arsenal
Debuchy’s quality has never been in question, and his 27 caps for France are evidence of this.
He has been unlucky with injuries during his time at Arsenal, which have really hampered his chances of being selected for the first-team on a consistent basis.
A move away from the Emirates would suit both Debuchy and Arsenal, whilst Galatasaray would be adding a top-quality player to their ranks.
If and when the transfer materialises, it surely will be a win-win situation for all parties concerned.
