Wolverhampton Wanderers managerial target Pedro Martins is unlikely to take charge of Hull City, according to The Daily Mail journalist Sami Mokbel, which means that Wolves could get a chance to bring him to the Molineux Stadium.
Wolves target Pedro Martins unlikely to join Hull City
Well-known and well-respected journalist Mokbel has reported on Twitter this morning that Martins is now unlikely to be appointed the Hull boss.
Mokbel has claimed that the Portuguese boss attended Hull’s match against Wigan Athletic on Wednesday, but, as things stand, a potential deal for him to become the new manager of the Tigers is not happening.
The Championship club recently sacked Shota Arveladze as their new manager.
Sky Sports reported this week that the 52-year-old had reached verbal agreement with Hull over taking charge of the first team.
However, it seems that a potential deal is now off.

Boost for Wolverhampton Wanderers
Interestingly, Martins has also been linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Premier League clubs Wolves are on the hunt for a new manager following the sacking of Bruno Lage.
The Mirror reported only this week that Wolves have made Martins their number one managerial target.
The Express & Star claimed that the 52-year-old former Portugal international himself is keen on a move to Molineux Stadium.
Martins is without a managerial role at the moment following his departure from Olympiacos this summer
