Kenneth Zohore is close to leaving West Bromwich Albion, the Express and Star say.
Sheffield Wednesday have been keen to sign Zohore, and are now closing in on a deal to bring the target man to Hillsborough.
Zohore’s departure means that Charlie Austin should stay to provide cover for West Brom up-front.
Zohore’s exit from Albion hardly comes as a surprise, as he has not featured at all this term.
Slaven Bilic has overlooked the Dane, who he once described as a ‘strong’ player with ‘good skill’ (WBA’s official website), in favour of his other options, and West Brom are also expected to bring in another attacker in the next few days.

Zohore has previously has a track record of success in the Championship, so should be a solid addition to Wednesday’s squad, but things really haven’t worked out for him at Albion.
The 26-year-old hit just three league goals last season, so he can have few complaints about being let go after promotion.
