The Daily Mirror believe that Stoke City have won the race to sign Norwich City’s Nathan Redmond, after the player failed to agree terms on a new deal with the Canaries.
Redmond, 22, impressed for the East Anglian outfit in the Premier League over this past season, with a string of electric displays. He managed six goals and three assists in 35 league outings.

The Mirror claim that a fee of around £10 million would be enough to tempt Norwich into selling, with his former club Birmingham City set to receive 15% of the fee due to a clause inserted in the deal when the player was sold in July 2013.
The newspaper claim that the deal is being held up, however, as the Canaries try and sort out their boardroom mess following the sudden resignation of chief executive David McNally three weeks ago.
Would Stoke City be a good move for Redmond?
Stoke have made a whole host of multi-million pound acquisitions of late, but a move for Redmond would buck their recent trend of signing expensive foreign imports.
The Norwich winger has huge amounts of talent, and if he fulfils his potential he would surely be seen as a fantastic coup for the Potters, should a move come to fruition.
