The Portuguese talent is struggling for game time at Porto.
Stoke City and Crystal Palace are said to be interested in the signature of Porto attacking midfielder Sergio Oliveira.
A Bola is reporting that both Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on the player, who is struggling to play regular football at the Portuguese club.

The 24-year-old, who has represented Portugal up to under-23 level, is clearly a top talent and both Stoke and Palace are right to be keeping an eye on him.
But they will face major competition from Italy. The report claims that Palermo and Cagliari are hoping to bring him in January – either on loan or permanently.

The midfielder does have a massive release clause in his contract of €30 million (£26.6 million) but such high buy-out conditions are commonplace in Portuguese contracts and the club would be willing to negotiate at a lower price.
Oliveira has featured for Porto just once this season and is wasting his talents at the Estadio do Dragao.

Stoke and Palace would certainly be benefitting by bringing in the player, whose creativity would add a dimension to their attack.
At the right price Stoke or Palace could be bringing in a top option for the future.
