The Watford striker is said to have turned down Wolverhampton Wanderers in August.

The Mirror reports on page 49 of Wednesday’s printed edition that Stefano Okaka will leave Watford in January, with Wolverhampton Wanderers keen on the Italian.
It is claimed that Okaka, along with fellow forward Isaac Success, is on his way out of Vicarage Road as part of a winter clearout.

The 28-year-old began the season brightly, scoring in Watford’s 3-3 draw against Liverpool on the campaign’s opening day.
He has only played one minute of first team football since then, however, and turned down a loan move to Wolves in August, as reported by the Express & Star.
Nevertheless, Okaka, who is described as having a “rocky relationship” with Watford manager Marco Silva, may feel differently should the opportunity present itself again in January.

Despite their recent fine form, which has seen them open up a four-point lead at the top of the Championship, Wolves continue to be short of bodies up front and are expected to strengthen there when the transfer window reopens.
Will Wolves finally get their hands on Okaka?
