Celtic midfielders Stefan Johansen and Nir Bitton are both back in training.

According to a report in the Daily Record, Brendan Rodgers has been handed a boost with both Stefan Johansen and Nir Bitton returning to Celtic training.
The midfield pair have both been ruled out with injury, and missed Celtic’s match against Lincoln Red Imps in the Champions League.
The Bhoys won 3-0 in the contest, but with tougher opposition coming up – Bitton’s and Johansen’s returns will be important.

Bitton and Johansen both were prominent figures in Celtic’s team last season, and they could have big roles to play under Rodgers.
The duo both joined in with light training at Celtic yesterday, and they are expected to step up their recoveries throughout the week.

The exact date of their returns is not yet known, but it is not expected to be too far into the future.
Celtic’s next competitive match comes against Astana in Champions league qualification on 27th July.
The Bhoys also have a friendly against Premier League title holders Leicester City lined up tomorrow.
