Celtic reportedly want Jose Mourinho as their new manager.

It has been reported that Celtic have offered the managerial role to Mourinho and are willing to pay him a competitive salary.
The report has also claimed that the Portuguese coach will consider the Hoops’ chances of making an impact in the Champions League before making a decision.
“Part of Mourinho’s decision-making process will be down to whether he believes Celtic can make meaningful strides in the Champions League after falling behind the continent’s elite,” states the report in The Daily Mail.

Blockbuster managerial move
Mourinho is one of the greatest managers in the world, and the Portuguese will be a blockbuster appointment for Celtic.
Neil Lennon is a very good manager who has steadied the ship at Celtic Park since the departure of Brendan Rodgers to Leicester City in the Premier League, but Mourinho is at a whole new level altogether.
However, it is hard to realistically see Mourinho take charge of Celtic, where he will have to work with players who are far below the level he is used to working with.
