Aston Villa coach is working his way up the coaching ladder.

The Telegraph report John Terry would ‘jump at the chance’ to leave Aston Villa for Chelsea.
The paper speculate that Gianfranco Zola could be axed as assistant amid the fallout from Chelsea’s Carabao Cup final defeat.
His authority was also undermined by goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who refused to be substituted when ordered by manager Maurizio Sarri.
Terry has been a coach at Aston Villa since last Autumn, when he was appointed under Steve Bruce’s replacement Dean Smith.
The Telegraph‘s report states: “Despite holding a job at Aston Villa, Terry would jump at the chance to return to Chelsea as part of any coaching change but it is unclear whether or not the club would be prepared to offer him a role.”

Chelsea are under pressure after a poor run of results and face rivals Tottenham in midweek.
Terry has been working hard as a coach at Aston Villa, the club where he ended his playing career.
Villa would be reluctant to lose him, but at some stage, a role at Chelsea is inevitable.
It could be sooner rather than later.
