Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want five signings this summer.

According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur intend to sign five players this summer – but there are concerns about interest in Wilfried Zaha and Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Spurs have now gone two straight transfer windows without making a new signing, with fans growing frustrated with the lack of activity.
Having last made a signing in January 2018, Mauricio Pochettino’s squad is in desperate need of help, and additions must be made this summer.
The Daily Mail now report that Spurs are hoping to bring in five signings, but the likes of Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose, Victor Wanyama, Christian Eriksen and Vincent Janssen could be sold.
It’s noted that Aston Villa talent Jack Grealish is still being monitored closely after failing to sign him over the summer, and his recent performances will have no doubt impressed Spurs scouts.
Valencia’s Carlos Soler and Hull City forward Jarrod Bowen are two other targets named in the report, but concerns rest with two other players on the radar.

The report states that Spurs believe Crystal Palace winger Zaha is out of their price range, whilst there are doubts that another London-based attacker, Fulham striker Mitrovic, would take a backup role behind Harry Kane.
Spurs should be searching for a centre back, right back, left back, central midfielder and versatile attacking option to bolster Pochettino’s squad, but whether they finally land targets this summer remains to be seen.
