Tottenham Hotspur may be about to lose one of their academy prospects, with Jaden Brown discussing a move to one of their Premier League rivals.

Brown is one of a number of talented prospects trying to break into Mauricio Pochettino’s plans this term. He has featured regularly for Spurs’ youth sides in Premier League 2 and in the UEFA Youth League, while he has also made a handful of appearances in the EFL Trophy.
Football London reports that his contract expires at the end of the season, and it appears that he will not be signing another one with Tottenham as he is already in talks with a Premier League rival.

While Brown appears to be a promising talent, his departure is not going to be one that hurts the side immediately. He is yet to make his senior debut, and has the likes of Ben Davies and Danny Rose ahead of him in the pecking order.
His path to the first-team at Huddersfield would be a lot less congested. And he will be hoping to prove that he can make the grade in senior football, and perhaps help the Terriers as they look to remain in the top flight.
