Tottenham star Dele Alli could join Jorge Mendes’ agency next year.

According to the Daily Mail, a family member of Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli has held talks with super agent Jorge Mendes over switching to his Gestifute agency in 2018.
Alli, 21, has been a sensation for Spurs since his 2015 move from Milton Keynes Dons, proving to be an absolute bargain having emerged as a key part of Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
The midfielder has now racked up 39 goals in just 109 games for for Spurs, including 22 goals in all competitions last season having proven himself as one of the top goalscoring midfielders in Europe.

Alli’s exploits for Spurs have seen him linked with a host of moves elsewhere, and Tottenham may well be interested in new reports about Alli switching agent.
The Daily Mail report that a member of Alli’s family has now held talks with super agent Jorge Mendes about switching to the famous Gestifute agency in 2018.
Alli’s contract with Impact Sports Managment and Rob Segal ends in the middle of next year, so whilst Alli won’t be switching agents just yet, it seems that the groundwork for move to join one of the most prominent agencies has been laid.

Linking up with Mendes may be something for a concern for Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, given Mendes’ ties to Manchester United and Real Madrid – two of the clubs prominently linked with a move for Alli.
Mendes has represented recent Real stars Cristiano Ronaldo, Angel Di Maria, James Rodriguez, Pepe, Ricardo Carvalho and Fabio Coentrao, whilst he is also the agent of United boss Jose Mourinho and goalkeeper David De Gea.
Mourinho may call upon Mendes to bring Alli to Old Trafford if he does begin representing the Tottenham star, and Spurs will be watching developments closely.
