Tottenham are reportedly keen on Nice midfielder Ricardo Pereira.

According to The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in landing Nice winger Vincent Marcel after he impressed during a scouting mission for then team-mate Ricardo Pereira.
Spurs are in the market for new signings this summer, with Mauricio Pochettino keen to bring in new faces having finished second in the Premier League last season.
With speculation over Kyle Walker’s future, a new right back could be near the top of Tottenham’s list of transfer priorities, and Ricardo Pereira appears to be emerging as a player of interest.
The Sun report that Tottenham scouts went to watch Porto ace Pereira in action during a loan spell with Nice last season, but also came away interested in Nice winger Vincent Marcel.

Marcel, 20, joined Nice from the Le Havre ranks in 2015, and after playing 24 games for Nice’s second string in the 2015-16 season, he stepped up into the first-team squad last term.
The midfielder – who can play out wide or centrally – played ten times last season, starting give games in all competitions as he looks to establish himself in Lucien Favre’s Nice side.

Born in Guadeloupe but a French Under-20 international, Marcel looks to have a bright future ahead of him, with Spurs now allegedly keen to snap him up after he caught their attention.
Pochettino’s work with young players has been well-noted over the years, whilst he may also look to add another young midfield option alongside the likes of Joshua Onomah and Harry Winks.
