Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly monitoring Lloyd Kelly’s progress, but have a number of rivals for his signature.

Kelly has been extremely impressive for the Robins this term, making 18 appearances in the Championship. The 20-year-old made his debut for England’s under-21 side this year and the Mirror reports that he trained with Gareth Southgate’s senior side this season.
Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly been getting scouting reports on Kelly, who has predominantly played at left-back for Lee Johnson’s men this season.

Given Kelly’s versatility and potential, it is probably not a huge surprise that Pochettino is considering bringing him to Spurs at some stage in the future.
Tottenham have not enjoyed the best season defensively. They have kept six clean sheets in 22 games in all competitions this season. And while their record is not too disappointing either, it is probably little surprise that Pochettino is interested in bolstering his options at the back further.
Kelly may not be the finished article at this stage, but with so much interest in him already, Spurs may be wise to act quickly if they are pleased with what they see in the youngster.
