Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on Kwon Chang-hoon.
According to a report from Mercato 365, Tottenham Hotspur sent a scout to watch Dijon midfielder Kwon Chang-hoon on Friday evening.

A host of targets have already been linked, but Mercato 365 in France now claim that Spurs sent a scout to watch Dijon midfielder Kwon Chang-hoon on Friday night.
Kwon was in action as Dijon lost 5-2 at home to Lyon, and it was just the second time in the last six games in which the midfielder has failed to find the back of the net.
The 23-year-old, who joined Dijon from Suwon Samsung Bluewings in January 2017, has starred this season with nine goals and two assists in Ligue 1, alerting Tottenham to what would be a surprise move for an unheralded player.
Borussia Monchengladbach are also thought to be keen on Kwon, but Tottenham may hope that a reunion with South Korea international teammate Son Heung-min – a star player in North London – could just tip the balance in their favour this summer.
