Report: Spurs player’s departure practically sealed, Bielsa really wants him at Leeds

Juan Foyth’s departure from Tottenham Hotspur is practically done, according to El Dia, with Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa said to be very keen. 

Foyth has struggled for game time at Tottenham since Jose Mourinho took charge, with the Argentine seemingly not convincing the Portuguese boss.

Foyth is now set to depart Spurs this summer, and Leeds are touted as a possible destination.

Bielsa is said to be very keen on the Spurs defender, but he could have to compete with Barcelona for him.

If Leeds are to land Foyth they will surely have to go on and achieve promotion this season, as it would be a shock of the Argentine made a move to a side outside the top flight.

Foyth has shown plenty of promise at Tottenham, and his ability in possession has never been in doubt.

However, Foyth has shown some vulnerability defensively, and his tendency to make errors has seemingly seen Mourinho look at other options in his squad.
