According to Corriere Della Serra, Tottenham Hotspur have made an offer for Cristian Romero.
Spurs have been linked with the Argentine for some time now, and it seems as though they’re finally making their move to sign Romero.
So, what’s the offer?
Well, interestingly, Spurs have offered a player plus cash deal for the Atalanta defender.

Indeed, the London club have offered €30m (£25.7m) plus Davinson Sanchez for the Argentine.
However, whether or not this bid is accepted remains to be seen.
Atalanta want €60m for the star, and now they have to decide whether or not they feel Sanchez and €30m is an acceptable agreement.
It’s no surprise to hear that Atalanta want so much for Romero, he was voted as Serie A’s defender of the year, and he’s an Argentina international.
In fact, he actually holds a record for the Argentina national team, scoring the fastest ever goal for the South American outfit in a professional game, netting after just 130 seconds against Colombia this year, breaking Diego Maradona’s record that had stood since 1985.
Spurs have made their move for Romero, and now we need to wait and see whether or not Atalanta believe these terms are acceptable.
