Well, Tottenham Hotspur are seemingly still keen on signing Memphis Depay.
Spurs were linked with signing the Barcelona attacker this past summer but he wound up staying at Camp Nou.
Newcastle United are said to be winning the race [Tutto Juve] but Tottenham are apparently going back in.
That’s according to 90 Min, who report that the Lilywhites will be paying ‘close attention’ to the player during the World Cup.
The Netherlands international will reportedly leave Barca on a Bosman after the tournament in Qatar [Mundo Deportivo].

The report goes on to state that Depay – also wanted by Manchester United – wouldn’t be against a return to the Premier League despite previous struggles at Old Trafford, and that he would favour a transfer to London.
This, if true, would be a good look for Tottenham.
Despite having a lot of attacking players in the squad, they don’t have a lot of gamechangers.
It’s been said about the North Londoners for years now that if Harry Kane or Son Heung-min don’t perform then the team, as a whole, seem to struggle.
And that’s as true now as it was in 2018, for instance.
Adding someone as experienced and talented as the Dutchman – who earns £158,000 per week in Spain – could be very useful for Antonio Conte during the second half of the campaign and beyond.
