Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to keep Reo Griffiths out of RB Leipzig’s clutches.

According to The Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur are attempting to keep striker Reo Griffiths at the club – but RB Leipzig are ramping up their interest in him.
Spurs have seen the likes of Harry Winks, Josh Onomah, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Kyle Walker-Peters thrive in their youth setup in recent years, and they look to have another talent on their hands.
Striker Griffiths, 17, has been a sensation in the Under-18’s Premier League this season, scoring a staggering 27 goals in just 20 appearances for Spurs in a remarkable campaign.
With four goals in Tuesday’s 9-0 win over Arsenal, Griffiths has again hit the headlines – and Tottenham must now fight to keep him at the club.

The Mirror report that RB Leipzig are hoping to snatch Griffiths, and Tottenham are subsequently attempting to keep the teenager, but he has yet to commit his future to Spurs.
That leaves Mauricio Pochettino’s men sweating over the striker’s future, especially with ongoing contract sagas over first-team players Toby Alderweireld and Mousa Dembele.
With ex-Tottenham recruitment chief Paul Mitchell now heading up Leipzig’s scouting, it’s no great surprise that he’s looking to raid Spurs for one of their top young talents – and Tottenham now appear to be on red alert over Griffiths’ future.
