Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly plotting a potential January move for Abdoulaye Doucoure amid the uncertainty over Victor Wanyama.

Wanyama has barely featured for Spurs this season. Despite previously appearing to be an indispensable player within Pochettino’s squad, the former Southampton man – who joined for £9 million – has made just three substitute appearances in the Premier League this term.
Spurs are apparently considering potential replacements for the Kenya international, and the Mirror reports that Doucoure could attract a January bid from the North London side.

Doucoure is enjoying another brilliant season at Vicarage Road. The 25-year-old has provided four assists in 10 appearances from a holding midfield role.
Last term, he scored seven goals in what was undoubtedly the campaign that proved that he could probably play for any side in the Premier League.
And it appears that Pochettino is now looking at making a move in January with the Spurs boss seemingly concerned that Wanyama’s days at the club could be numbered.
