Tottenham Hotspur could soon be looking for a new manager as Antonio Conte’s future remains in the balance.
The feeling is that Conte’s position at Spurs is untenable in wake of his dramatic post-match interview on Saturday.
He called a number of his stars “selfish” and claimed they are afraid of playing under pressure.

One of the managers Tottenham are reportedly eyeing is Sporting CP’s Ruben Amorim.
Correio da Manha, via Sport Witness, recently claimed Spurs are ‘at the head’ of the 38-year-old’s list of suitors.
Meanwhile, The Guardian has reported that Amorim is keen on the idea of taking over at Tottenham.
However, he wouldn’t come cheap for Spurs, particularly if they wanted him right away.
Amorim’s release clause is €20m (£17.7m) if Tottenham were to try to appoint him right now.
If Spurs waited until the summer, his release clause will reportedly drop to €15m (£13.3m).
Rising star
Last week, Amorim really rubber-stamped his credentials as a future ‘supercoach‘.
He reached the Europa League quarter-finals at the expense of Premier League leaders Arsenal.
Tottenham will also be familiar with Amorim and Sporting, having played them in the Champions League this term.
Pep Guardiola recently described the Lions boss as “one of the best” and hailed the work he had done at the club.

Tottenham have gone down the experienced ‘marquee’ manager route and it hasn’t really worked out.
Spurs should go down a similar route to what they did with Mauricio Pochettino, ie getting a talented young manager who’s still building his CV.
Amorim would be a good shout and, based on how he’s fared so far and his potential, could be well worth the money.
