Coulibaly, 19, has just played for France at the Toulon Tournament, and he appears to be attracting interest due to his contract situation with Ligue 1 side Rennes.
Coulibaly is out of contract this summer and can therefore move on to another club of his choice, but Rennes will be due a compensation fee of just €400,000 (£313,000) – meaning big clubs like Spurs, Sporting Lisbon and Napoli are now interested.
