Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and West Ham United are all reportedly interested in the midfielder.

According to a report from the Daily Express, Tottenham and Arsenal have an advantage over West Ham in the race to sign Franck Kessie this summer, with the AC Milan midfielder keen to join a club that can offer him European football.
Kessie looks set to be on the move this summer, and the Express suggests that a number of teams are keen to bring him to the Premier League with the Rossoneri willing to sell should they receive a bid of over £30 million.
The Express reports that however, that the Hammers appear to be underdogs in the battle for his signature, with the 22-year-old hoping to be playing in either the Europa League or Champions League from next season.
Based on that criteria, Tottenham may well feel that they not only have an advantage over Manuel Pellegrini’s men, but also over the Gunners, with Unai Emery’s side set for another year in the Europa League after losing in the final of this past season’s competition.

Kessie has the potential to be a very good addition to any of the three squads. He scored seven times in Serie A this past season, and offers plenty of versatility having played in holding midfield and attacking midfield, as well as in a more orthodox, central position.
But it remains to be seen whether any of the three teams decide to meet Milan’s reported asking price in the coming months.
