The Southampton left-back impressed on loan to Fulham last season.

The Southampton left-back Matt Targett is understood to be keen on a return to Fulham, the London Evening Standard reports.
According to the newspaper, Fulham are considering a fresh approach for Targett in January, having failed with a £15 million summer bid.
The 23-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Craven Cottage, helping Slavisa Jokanovic’s team to promotion via the Championship play-offs.
But he has only appeared four times since his return to Southampton, whose academy ranks he progressed through.

Meanwhile, Fulham have been without the services of Joe Bryan, the left-back they eventually signed in place of Targett, forcing the Cottagers winger Ryan Sessegnon to fill in there in recent weeks.
Targett, who is also said to have interested Middlesbrough and Aston Villa in the summer transfer window, has four years left on his contract at Southampton.
