It has been reported that Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl wants to bring the winger to St. Mary’s Stadium in a £20 million move.

Hasenhuttl worked with the 21-year-old winger during the second half of last season on loan at RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga in Germany.

The Independent has also claimed of interest in the England Under-21 international from Leipzig and Bournemouth.

The youngster has struggled to establish himself in the Toffees’ first team under manager Marco Silva, and it will not be a bad idea for the 21-year-old to move to Southampton if he is wanted by the Saints.

According to WhoScored, Lookman made three starts and 18 substitute appearances in the Premier League this season, providing two assists in the process.
