The 21-year-old has plenty of interest from the Premier League and Southampton have been keeping a very close eye.
According to a report from the Sun, Southampton are interested in signing Guingamp winger Marcus Coco this summer, although the Saints are not the only side keeping a close eye on his progress.
Huddersfield Town and Newcastle United are also said to be keen on the 21-year-old, who is rated at £10million by his current club, and new Southampton manager Mauricio Pellegrino is considering throwing his hat into the ring in a bid to beat his rivals to the exciting youngster.

Coco is predominantly a right winger although he can also play on the opposite flank or as a centre forward if required, and that versatility means he could be a snip at £10million, especially in this inflated transfer market.
Last season the 21-year-old featured 34 times in Ligue 1, scoring four goals and providing three assists in the process. And while that return is not going to set Southampton fans’ pulses racing he has the innate talent to be a hit at St. Mary’s.
Coco has spent his entire career at Guingamp and he has been capped eight times for France’s under-21 side.
With a contract until the summer of 2020 he does not need to be sold this summer, however if Southampton come in with a £10million bid it could well see a deal over the line.
He could be prove to be a bargain and, even if things do not work out as they do not always do when it comes to French wingers arriving in the Premier League, his price means he would be a risk well worth taking.
