Southampton and Queens Park Rangers have both been scouting Serie B star Franck Kessie, according to Gianluca di Marzio.
Serie B has been well scouted by English clubs this past season, with several of their stars garnering attention.
Among those is Cesena youngster Kessie, whose impressive form for the Italian side this season has helped to guide them into the Serie B play-off places.

Those displays have not gone unnoticed, with several sides all thought to be keeping an eye on him.
Among them are Southampton and Queens Park Rangers, with Gianluca di Marzio reporting that both clubs scouted him in their playoff clash with Spezia on Tuesday evening.
Unfortunately for Kessie, his side lost that game, but that is unlikely to play much part the scouts’ thinking.

At present, no price has been named for the youngster but it would be unlikely to be an expensive capture for either English side.
Should Kessie have to pick, he would surely be tempted by a move to Saint Mary’s given their track record of developing young talent over the years.
