The Southampton winger could be heading for the exit door at St Mary’s.

According to a report from Norwegian media outlet VG, Southampton ace Mohamed Elyounoussi’s agent is in discussions with three foreign clubs, and Ralph Hasenhuttl is allegedly prepared to let the 25-year-old leave St Mary’s.

Elyounoussi joined the Saints from Basel in the summer of 2018 for around £16 million, according to BBC Sport, and he has gone on to make 19 appearances in all competitions for the south coast club.

The 22-capped Norway international failed to have any kind of impact for Southampton, so a move away from St Mary’s might just be the best outcome for all parties involved.

Norwegian publication VG claims that Besiktas, Celta Vigo and Sevilla are all keen to sign the Saints winger.

They also suggest that Hasenhüttl will not stand in Elyounoussi’s way.

Whilst the English transfer window closes tomorrow at 5pm, the Spanish and Turkish deadline does not end until September 2nd, so there is plenty of time for them to warp up a deal to sign the 25-year-old.

Quite how much Southampton will demand for his services, however, remains to be seen.
