According to The Telegraph, Tottenham Hotspur winger Son Heung-min is as happy as he has ever been at the club.

It’s claimed that Tottenham’s hopes of getting Son tied down to a new deal have been stalled after he switched his agent.

Son current earns £110,000-a-week, Spurs still hope to get him signed up to an improved contract soon, with no real worry that they won’t get a deal done because he is so happy at the club.

The report notes that Son loves playing for Jose Mourinho, and is now as happy as he has ever been at Tottenham.

Son always seems happy, which is part of why fans love him so much, but hearing this will still be a boost for supporters.

The South Korean famously fancied leaving Spurs after his first season at the club, but ended up staying put in North London.

Son, 28, has now smashed 95 goals in 242 games for Spurs, and has established himself as one of the top players in the Premier League as he enters his sixth season at the club.

He was a favourite of Mauricio Pochettino, but now seems to be loving life under Mourinho too – which points in the right direction for a new deal.
