According to 90Min, some within Tottenham Hotspur are not convinced by the idea of continuing to back Antonio Conte as their manager.
Conte, of course, joined Spurs 12 months ago, and despite the fact that he guided the north London club to a top four finish last season, some within the club would like to go in a different direction.
Spurs may well be looking for a new manager in the near future, and they could return for a familiar name.
Indeed, according to this report, there are still some within the north London club who admire Mauricio Pochettino and are open to the idea of bringing him back.
90Min also claim that Pochettino himself is keen to return to Spurs. They state that he turned down the Aston Villa job because he wanted to go back to Spurs and that he feels as though he has unfinished business at Tottenham.

It would be fair to say that Pochettino does have unfinished business at Spurs, he failed to win any silverware at the club despite coming ever so close on numerous occasions.
Pochettino’s return may well make the departure of Antonio Conte easier to stomach for some of the Tottenham fanbase. The Argentine remains a cult hero at the club and his return would surely be welcomed by a number of fans who view his tenure in charge as one of the high points of the club’s recent history.
Of course, we also mustn’t forget why Pochettino was sacked. Towards the end of his reign results did dip rather substantially and his players seemingly stopped playing for him, so perhaps bringing the South American back to Spurs wouldn’t be the best of moves.
It remains to be seen what happens at Tottenham in terms of their managerial situation, but it sounds as though the idea of a change bubbling below the surface.
