Thiago Alcantara would love to work with Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool, according to Sky Sports.
Liverpool have been heavily linked with Thiago throughout the summer so far, but are yet to meet Bayern Munich’s valuation for the midfielder.
Bayern would be willing to allow Thiago to leave, due to his desire to make an exit, but it seems unlikely that Liverpool will stump up the cash required to persuade them to part ways with the midfielder.
In recent days reports in Bild have suggested that the Reds are worried that Manchester City could move for the 29-year-old.

But Sky suggest that these fears from Liverpool chiefs are likely to be unfounded, as they don’t want Thiago either.
It leaves the £30 million-rated Spaniard (Independent) in a state of uncertainty, with his next move now very unclear.
His desire to work with Klopp means that a switch to Liverpool would appeal to him, but with the Reds working on a limited budget, it could be that the transfer doesn’t happen any time soon.
