The Liverpool stopper has been linked with a move away from Anfield this summer.

According to a report from the London Evening Standard, Simon Mignolet is keen to leave Liverpool this summer.
The Belgian, 31, joined the Reds from Sunderland in the summer of 2013, for a fee believed to be worth £9 million, according to BBC Sport, and he has gone on to make 204 appearances in all competitions for the Merseyside outfit.
He found himself demoted to Liverpool’s number two last season, however, playing second fiddle to Alisson Becker after the Brazilian’s big money arrival from Roma.
And considering the fact that he has just two years remaining on his current deal with the Reds, his time at Anfield appears to be drawing to a close.
The London Evening Standard claims that Mignolet wants out of Liverpool this summer, and it will take a bid in excess of £8 million in order to prise him away from Anfield.

The Belgium international, who currently earns £60,000 per week at Liverpool according to Spotrac, is a popular figure amongst Reds fans, despite a number of high profile errors over the past few years.
But now seems like the right time for him to move on, if he is to enjoy the latter stages of his career.
