Liverpool goalkeeper is considering his future.

Simon Mignolet is considering quitting Liverpool, according to The Times.
Mignolet was dropped by Liverpool against Manchester City and replaced with the unimpressive Loris Karius.
Nonetheless Jurgen Klopp is keen to stick with Karius, leaving Mignolet questioning his future.

The £60,000 a week Belgian has admitted he is not pleased at losing his place.
He said: “I have to think about my future. I am 30 years old and the World Cup is coming. This situation should not last too long, that is clear. But I cannot say more about it either.”
Mignolet is second choice for Belgium behind Thibaut Courtois although is still expected to go to Russia 2018.

The Belgian has failed to convince at Liverpool but there is a case to be heard that he is still a better option than Loris Karius.
Liverpool are expected to sign a new goalkeeper in the summer and this will seal Mignolet’s fate, but he is not keen to hang around if it means staying as back up until then.
