Sunderland are set to take on Bolton Wanderers at the Stadium of Light on Tuesday.

According to a report in the Daily Star, Sunderland boss Simon Grayson has just one game left to save his job.

Sunderland are set to take on Bolton Wanderers tomorrow evening, and Star claim that Grayson will be dismissed, if his side are unable to win.

Sunderland have not been victorious in a home match all season, but the pressure is now on Grayson to find the winning formula.

The Black Cats have still only picked up three points in the league once this season, with Grayson’s side currently sitting in the relegation zone.

Sunderland had hoped that Grayson could provide them with some stability, but their concerns over relegation are growing.

Sunderland were beaten 2-1 by Bristol City at the weekend, leaving them in 23rd place in the Championship table.

Bolton are actually the only team below Sunderland in the second tier, at this stage, with Phil Parkinson’s side badly struggling.

Bolton were promoted from League One last term, but travel to Wearside having picked up just seven points from their first 14 league matches.
