Sheffield Wednesday seemingly won’t be signing Neeskens Kebano.

According to the Sheffield Star, Sheffield Wednesday’s move to sign Fulham winger Neeskens Kebano has fallen apart.
The Owls are set to welcome Steve Bruce in as their new manager, having recently confirmed that he will start work in February.
Bruce’s coaching staff of Stephen Clemence and Steve Agnew are taking charge for now, and Bruce’s first signing was supposed to be Kebano.
The Sheffield Star report that a deal had been agreed with Fulham to take Kebano on loan for the rest of the season and give Bruce an attacking boost.
However, the report notes that the deal won’t be happening now, as Kebano has told Wednesday that he isn’t in a rush to leave Fulham, meaning the Owls have abandoned the hunt.
Wednesday will now allegedly look to other targets, with Agnew still keen to get in some pace in the final third for Bruce once he takes over the job.

Kebano, 26, hit six goals in 30 games for Fulham as they won promotion to the Premier League last season, but he has struggled for playing time this season.
The DR Congo international has failed to start a single league game this season and made just four substitute appearances, but seemingly feels that he can either break into Claudio Ranieri’s side or get an even better move than Wednesday.
