According to The Scottish Sun, Sheffield United are interested in raiding Hibernian for striker Kevin Nisbet in January.
The Blades are struggling to score goals this season, and already look to be in a battle to stay in the Premier League.
The summer signing of Rhian Brewster hasn’t paid off, and it’s now suggested that Chris Wilder’s men are looking at Hibs star Nisbet.
A host of other English clubs are thought to be keen, but Sheffield United are now looking to win the race as they seek goals.
Nisbet joined Hibernian from Dunfermline for just £250,000 over the summer, and he has made a fine start at Easter Road with 12 goals in 24 games.

The 23-year-old could earn himself a huge move and a massive profit for Hibernian, and may even become the latest Scottish attacker to join the Blades, alongside Oli McBurnie and Oliver Burke.
Nisbet still has more than three years left on his Hibs deal, and with Jack Ross desperate to keep him, Hibs are in a strong position to demand a big price from the goal-shy Blades.
