Sheffield United have been divided by a potential January swoop for Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo, with the Star suggesting that Chris Wilder has other targets in mind.
Not for the first time in his career, it seems the 61-time Argentine international is dividing opinion.
Even amongst the Manchester United fanbase, Rojo is the subject of near-constant debate.
For all those who believe the former Sporting Lisbon ace is an overly-aggressive, card-collecting accident waiting to happen, there are those who argue that Rojo’s tough-tackling approach would make him a better fit for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side than the more nonchalant Victor Lindelof.
Unfortunately for the pro-Rojo faction, the 30-year-old appears to have no future at Old Trafford.

Everton and Newcastle have been linked, with reports from the Steel City suggesting that the £80,000-a-week stopper is an option for the Premier League’s bottom club too.
But while Rojo has admirers among the Blades’ board, the Star suggests that Ben Davies of Preston North End is the preferred option for Wilder and his coaching staff.
Davies is due to become a free agent next summer and, at 25, would represent a more affordable, long-term solution to Sheffield United’s defensive problems.
