Leeds United will reportedly be in the market for ‘three or four’ quality signings this summer.

According to a report from Sky Sports (15:45), Leeds United are planning to bring in ‘three or four’ quality signings to aid Marcelo Bielsa next season.
The Whites completed their stunning deal to bring in Bielsa as their new manager on Friday, landing him as the replacement for Paul Heckingbottom.
Argentinian legend Bielsa certainly wouldn’t have taken the job without considerable backing from owner Andrea Radrizzani, and The Mirror reported just days ago that he has a £20million budget to spend.

Now, Sky Sports (15:45) report that transfer talks with director of football Victor Orta have already taken place, and Leeds’ plan is to bring in ‘three or four’ quality signings to fulfil Bielsa’s wishes.
It’s noted that Leeds won’t be bringing in a raft of signings like last summer, and will instead focus their efforts on quality over quantity in bid to drive up the Championship table.
Bielsa is a manager who likes to worth with a smaller, tight-knit squad, and with the anticipated Leeds exodus starting today with Felix Wiedwald’s exit to Eintracht Frankfurt, three or four top Championship players could really aid Bielsa’s squad.

Matej Vydra and Abel Hernandez are once again mentioned as potential targets to boost Bielsa’s attack, though Vydra is more of a number 10, and Hernandez’s injury history may be a concern even on a free transfer.
The other names mentioned in the report are goalkeepers David Stockdale and Angus Gunn, two players who would be huge additions between the sticks to challenge with Bailey Peacock-Farrell – and with Bielsa starting work on Monday, the pressure will be on Orta to get major deals done after a year of poor signings.
