Southampton defender Ryan Bertrand is said to be of interest to Manchester City in a £20 million deal.

According to a report in the Daily Star, Ryan Bertrand has told his friends that he is looking to leave Southampton.
Bertrand has been one of Southampton’s stars in recent years, and his form has attracted the attentions of Manchester City.
The Citizens are now keen to bring in Bertrand, as Pep Guardiola looks to strengthen at full-back.

City have had a weakness in either side of their defence this past season, and Guardiola has acted quickly to upgrade his options.
City are thought to be looking to bring in Bernard Mendy and Kyle Walker, and they are also closing in on Bertrand.

Bertrand is said to be keen on a move to the Etihad Stadium, with Southampton willing to sell for around £20 million.
If Bertrand does move to the Saints, he will almost double his wages, according to the Star.
