Pione Sisto reportedly turned down Premier League newcomers Aston Villa to stay in La Liga with Celta Vigo.

Aston Villa offered Pione Sista a tour around Birmingham city centre but the Celta Vigo winger still turned down the advances of a newly-promoted Premier League outfit, as reported by Faro de Vigo.
With a busload of new signings heading to Villa Park this summer, from Wesley Moraes, to Ezri Konsa, Tyrone Mings to Mahmoud ‘Trezeguet’ Hassan, Dean Smith’s side were one of the top-flight’s biggest spenders during the off-season.
One player who slipped through the net, however, was explosive Denmark international Sisto.
An exciting yet erratic left-winger who is equally capable of pinging the ball in the top corner as he is firing wildly into row z, reports from Spain claim that Aston Villa offered £9 million for his services.
The Midland giants even offered Sisto a guided tour around England’s Second City in an attempt to convince him to leave La Liga behind.
But, according to Faro De Vigo, Sisto was determined to stay and fight for his place at the Balaidos.

Sisto came off the bench in the 3-1 opening day defeat to Real Madrid but he was then left out of the squad for Celta’s next two games with manager Fran Escriba omitting a player who was expected to leave before the transfer deadline, according to Faro de Vigo.
Now that the 24-year-old is definitely staying until the turn of the year, it remains to be seen whether he will be integrated back into the starting XI.
