According to iNews, Amanda Staveley and Mehrdad Ghodoussi have interesting transfer plans at Newcastle.
Newcastle aim to hoover up South American talent
After securing a deal for Australian wonderkid Garang Kuol, the Magpies are planning to add to their South American contingent on Tyneside.
iNews believe Newcastle are aiming to tap into the South American market, which has recently been utilised thoroughly by Real Madrid in the signings of gems such as Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo Goes.
Dan Ashworth – Director of Football at Newcastle – is keen to hoover up the best young talent and nurture them into superstars, rather than splash out millions to sign the finished article for monumental sums.

It is certainly a policy worth pursuing.
You only need to look at Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton to see the type of talent South America can produce, but in this instance, the Magpies will hope to beat the chasing pack to players of this ilk much earlier in their careers.
Who Newcastle could pluck from South America
It seems Newcastle are already well underway with their plans to rival the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and more of Europe’s elite for the next Neymar.
According to Globo Esporte, the Magpies are keeping a close eye on Santos wonderkid Angelo Gabriel, and could even submit a bid for the 17-year-old.
Elsewhere, TNT Sport believe Newcastle have made contact with Vasco da Gama over a deal for 18-year-old gem Andrey Santos.
Clearly, Newcastle have already set their sights on some of South America’s finest talent.
Now, the challenge is convincing them to ignore the temptation of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Newcastle managed to convince Kuol to do just that, as Sky Sports believe Barcelona were very interested in signing the teenager and remains fans of his.
Therefore, we see no reason why the likes of Gabriel and Santos won’t follow the Australia international to Tyneside.
