Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly convinced that Aston Villa will have to sell Jack Grealish for cheap if he waits.

Tottenham are keen to snap up Grealish, and have submitted a £15 million bid for the attacking midfielder.
It seems unlikely that Villa will accept that bid, as they are reportedly looking for closer to £40 million for the playmaker.

However, Spurs are confident that they will be able to land Grealish for cheaper if they wait.
Villa are under pressure to raise funds to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations, and Spurs feel that they are in the position of power in the negotiations.

Tottenham have been quiet in the transfer window so far, but are expected to invest before the new season starts, with Mauricio Pochettino keen to add to his squad.
If Grealish was to arrive at Spurs this summer, he would be in competition with the likes of Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli for a first-team place.
