Leicester City are reportedly interested in both Swansea City’s Gylfi Sigurdsson and Middlesbrough’s Ben Gibson.

According to a report in the Telegraph, Leicester City could be plotting another expensive addition this summer.

Leicester smashed their transfer record last year, when they expended £28 million to bring in Islam Slimani from Sporting Lisbon.

Slimani has not made the impact many were hoping during his first season at the King Power Stadium.

However, Leicester have not been put off spending big in the transfer market and have plans to invest again.

The Foxes are said to have an interest in Swansea City’s Gylfi Sigurdsson, Middlesbrough defender Ben Gibson and Anderlecht star Kara Mbodji.

The trio could all cost around £30 million to bring to Leicester, with all three clubs keen to keep hold of their stars.

But Leicester believe that a deal could be done, as they look to re-invest in their squad to help them compete for major honours once again.
