According to a report in the Telegraph, West Ham United’s board will encourage Slaven Bilic to change his backroom staff at the London Stadium.

West Ham had endured a difficult campaign and finished in 11th place in the Premier League table.

Bilic came under pressure at times this season, with constant speculation about his future.

However, the Hammers board have decided to back the Croatian and he will be in charge for next campaign.

David Sullivan, David Gold and Karen Brady would like Bilic to make some alterations to his coaching team, though.

West Ham’s board are said to be disappointed at the way this season has gone, and would like to see some change.

They will not force Bilic to make alterations, but reportedly plan to suggest that the 48-year-old boss makes tweaks to his coaching team at a meeting today.

West Ham are determined to push on next season, and challenge for a European place once again.
