Newcastle United are looking to sign a new goalkeeper this summer.

According to a report in the Northern Echo, Newcastle United target Pepe Reina is keen to return to the Premier League.
Reina spent nine years in England with Liverpool, before moving abroad to play for Bayern Munich and, most recently, Napoli.
Newcastle are now attempting to bring him back to England this summer.

And the Spanish goalkeeper is said to be willing to return to the Premier League.
Reina is in no rush to leave Napoli, but a Newcastle move could appeal, if the two sides can agree a price.
Newcastle are known to be on the look out for a new goalkeeper, with Reina near the top of their list of targets.

However, Napoli want £5 million and that has been deemed too expensive a price by Rafael Benitez’s side.
Reina is now 34, meaning he has little resale value – which has left Newcastle to look at other targets.
The Magpies are also considering making a move for Manchester City stopper Willy Caballero.
