Leeds United boss Marco Bielsa gets his era at Elland Road underway later today.

The Leeds chiefs were reportedly keen to find out how much Bielsa knew about the Championship prior to his arrival and the Argentine stunned them with his preparation.
Bielsa is said to have been quizzed on Championship matters, and he sat down and discussed Bolton Wanderers’ match with Burton Albion in depth.
Bielsa knew every formation Bolton and Burton had used over the course of the season, and then produced a document which has the same information on every team in the division.

The former Marseille man had done huge levels of research into every team in the Championship that went down to knowing which formation they used in every game of last season.
Kinnear and Orta reportedly just looked at each other and shrugged in shock, with the pair both hugely impressed by Bielsa’s answer to their question.
After the interview, Leeds then became determined to appoint Bielsa as their new boss, in what was one of the most exciting managerial appointments over the summer.
The Bielsa era at Leeds begins later today, when the Whites take on Stoke City at Elland Road.
