According to BILD, Jürgen Klopp has inhibitions about bringing Jude Bellingham to Liverpool from Borussia Dortmund.
What’s the story?
Well, Christian Falk has told BILD that the Reds are definitely interested in signing the 8-cap England international.
However, Klopp is apparently reluctant to sign players from his former employers, so it’s not just Bellingham.
Falk said: “Of course it’s true, Liverpool are very interested, but Jurgen Klopp has inhibitions about signing Dortmund players.”
The Reds boss spent seven years in charge of Borussia Dortmund, helping them to two Bundesliga titles, one DFB-Pokal and also the DFL-Supercup.
Klopp is unquestionably a legend at the Signal Iduna Park, so you can understand why he may not want to damage his reputation.
Since arriving at Liverpool in 2015, the German hasn’t signed a single player from his former club.
Liverpool have to sign Jude Bellingham, or someone else will

As aforesaid, we understand Klopp’s reluctance.
However, Bellingham isn’t going to stay at Borussia Dortmund forever, and the Reds can’t allow him to join a rival.
In our view, the 18-year-old can become a Ballon d’Or winner one day, and should be become available soon, Liverpool simply cannot miss out.

He has already racked up 99 senior appearances, while also representing England at a major tournament.
It will cost a lot – the Daily Star believe as much as £80m – but Klopp has to put his association with Borussia Dortmund aside on this one occasion.
After all, we’re sure the Bundesliga side’s supporters would rather gift the wonderkid to Klopp than the likes of Chelsea or Manchester City.
If Liverpool miss out on Bellingham, they will regret it.
