After a turbulent season under José Mourinho’s guidance, things have just got worse for Tottenham after Harry Kane told the club he wants out.

Sky Sports revealed that Tottenham’s No.10 has reiterated his desire to leave north London, and wants his future sorted before EURO 2020 starts.

Now, The Sun have revealed how his teammates feel about this.

They claim that Heung-min Son has been left upset and concerned by the prospect of losing his strike partner.

That comes as no surprise to us.

This season, Kane and Son have broken a Premier League record with their chemistry.

After they combined against Crystal Palace in March, the duo broke Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton’s record of 13 Premier League goal combinations in a single season.

Kane and Son have combined to score 14 times this term.

In that respect, it’s no surprise to hear that the South Korea international is saddened by this news.

Additionally, The Sun add that Hugo Lloris and Pierre-Emile Højbjerg would be worried by Tottenham’s ambition if they allowed Kane to leave.

In our view, an exit for Kane would have seismic repercussions.

At times this season, the England international looked like the only thing keeping Spurs from being a bottom-half outfit.

He undoubtedly takes Tottenham up a level, and seeing as he will surely be irreplaceable, it’s would be down to Daniel Levy to reinvest the money wisely across the squad.

However, after seeing how terribly the Gareth Bale money was spent in 2013, that is a worrying thought.

This really could be one of the biggest summers in Tottenham’s recent history.
