Daniel Ek is certainly appealing to Arsenal fans right now.
The Swedish billionaire, who founded Spotify, tweeted on Friday night that he is a boyhood Arsenal fan and would be interested in taking over from under-fire owner Stan Kroenke.
The Telegraph then reported that Ek genuinely is interested in opening talks over a deal, though Kroenke wants £2bn for Arsenal – more than half of Ek’s entire net worth.
The Telegraph now have a new update, as they claim that Ek has joined forces with Thierry Henry, Daniel Bergkamp and Patrick Vieira in his takeover bid.
It’s claimed that the trio are involved in Ek’s takeover bid, and their knowledge has already been ‘invaluable’ to Ek’s plans.
Ek is allegedly set to make a form bid, and success would see the three Arsenal legends return to the club as part of an exciting new set up.

All three were part of Arsenal’s famed Invincibles side, and are still fan favourites many years since their departures.
Fans would probably take anything over Kroenke right now after he attempted to move Arsenal into the European Super League last week.
Going from Kroenke to an Arsenal fan who brings back three legends? That sounds like a dream for Gunners supporters.
