Leeds United are negotiating with Marcelo Bielsa.

New details of Leeds United’s negotiations with Marcelo Bielsa have emerged.
Argentine outlet Diario De Cuyo report negotiations with Bielsa have been ongoing for two months.
News first broke of Leeds bringing in Bielsa a fortnight ago when Spanish outlet El Correo reported it.

Now discussions are at and advanced stage, with Bielsa discussing the finer details of the project with the club.
It is encouraging then, that after the dismal season they have just endured, Bielsa has not backed away already, and evidently has confidence he can turn their fortunes around.

Leeds fans are having to be patient while they await his arrival, but a few more hours or days is ultimately nothing compared to the 15 years of pain they have endured.
If Bielsa has watched the videos of Paul Heckingbottom’s side last season and still wants to come to Elland Road, that should be enough to believe in the Argentine’s commitment to the project.
